We needed a limo for airport service for my big needy family. NexGen was great to work with, they responded promptly to all my requests and questions. Our driver (forgot his name) arrived a few minutes early to pick us up, which was quite nice because my family is a hot mess so the quicker we can get them on the road the better. He was very nice, professional, held doors and packed and unpacked the trunk. The limo was clean and had water bottles for us. A thoughtful touch in my opinion.
Also I heard they have a tesla!!!! With the falcon doors!!! Saving it for my next trip to Chicago 🙂
